  • Authorized collectors designate documents that are consumer viewable
  • Documents are saved in Compass iShare* and a flag is added to documents made available to the consumer
  • Email functionality, via X-Command, allows on-demand consumer notification, informing them when document(s) are available
  • Consumers follow a link to Express Pay to review documents linked to their account
  • Express Pay application requests and captures express consent from the consumer
