We have been working with Ecliptics for three years now. We utilize their Client Access, Payment Portal and Archiving products. It is my belief that their design for client access is vastly superior to competitive products on the market in that it is a real time view of account activity. The payment portal works marvelously and interfaces with our card processor quite well.
I have found Ecliptics products to be very sound, and their willingness to enhance to our specifications quite refreshing. I would recommend Ron and crew to anyone seeking state of the art solutions surrounding Columbia Ultimate products, both ManageMed and TCS.
